On Monday, June 6, 2011, at 6:30pm, Friends of Midtown and the City of Harrisburg’s Bureau of Police are holding the first volunteer orientation for the Midtown community foot patrol initiative. The orientation will be held at the Heinz-Menaker Senior Center, located at 1824 N. 4th Street, Harrisburg, PA, 17102.
